This site has been designed to facilitate Tucker Mountain Lodge Homeowner Association communication and keep you better informed about the latest association news.

We will keep this site updated with HOA Meeting Minutes and Budget information, along with other relevant Copper Mountain related news.

Additionally, this site provides a few different ways that you can communicate with the HOA Board and Copper Mountain staff. So, please provide feedback so that we may help to ensure that Tucker Mountain Lodge remains one of the best mountain properties around!

Did You Know?


Save the Date!  Annual HOA Board Meeting: Scheduled for 6:00 PM on 8/31/08.  Held in Tucker Conference Room.

Copper Country Discounted Tickets: If you plan to attend Copper Country, owners can purchase discounted $30 concert tickets at www.coppercountryfest.com (see mailing from Sarah Erwin for more info).

The Next Painting Project: All doors within TML, including both sides of unit doors.  If you dont want the inside of your door painted or want more details contact Duffy Counsell (you should have also received an email from him). 

Wireless Internet Access: Is free in the building for TML Owners, contact Duffy Counsell for access instructions.
